We will require a deposit of one nights stay by bank transfer so if you book through the check availability we will be in contact to give payment details and go through any booking preferences you may have. Full payment will be required on the arrival day in cash or two weeks before arrival by bank transfer.

Terms & Conditions
Should it be necessary to cancel or cut short your booking after confirmation has been made, the following charges will apply:
- One month or under prior to arrival date and unable to re-let 100% of total.
Conditions for ferry packages-
- In the event that no cancellation notification is received but the customer fails to check in, Red Funnel will treat this as a 'no show' and as such reserve the right to cancel
without refund.
- Guests must be staying at Kingsmede B&B to qualify.
- Any guest communications must come to Kingsmede. Red Funnel will refer all guest inquiries to us.
- Payment must be made in full to secure ferry place.
- Vehicle must be under 2 metres in height & 5.5 metres in length.
- Travel amendments need to be raised with Kingsmede at the earliest opportunity but at least 24 hours before travel.
- Alterations may affect the value of your reservation.
- Cancellations- A £10 fee will be charged for any cancellation over 8 days before departure.
